Colleen, the owner of Insight, has been in the industry since 2001. She attended both Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy and Tri-State Academy of Cosmetology for her Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instructor Training. Colleen loves doing dimensional colors and texture cuts. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, drawing and cooking.

Sahara has been in the industry since 2010. She completed her Cosmetology training at the Erie County Technical School and her Cosmetology Instructor training at Fortis Academy of Cosmetology. Sahara loves to do blonding services. In her spare time, she loves to bike and dig for beach glass.

Chelsea has been in the industry since 2011. She completed both her Cosmetology training and Cosmetology Instructor training at Fortis Academy of Cosmetology. She loves coloring and cutting hair. In her spare time, Chelsea likes to thrift shop. Chelsea is also the one behind our social media!

Stephanie has been in the industry since 2004. She completed her Cosmetology training at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. Steph’s favorite services are foiling and formal styles. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her family, particularly cruising.

Emma has been in the industry since 2023. She completed her cosmetology training at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. Emma has a deep love for hair, whether it's styling, coloring, or just learning new techniques. It's a passion that lets her express her creativity and make others feel confident. Aside from that, she enjoys hanging out with friends and swimming.

Kristie has been in the beauty industry since 2024 and completed her training at Noe Noonan School of Cosmetology. She specializes in blonding and fashion colors. She loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Robin has been in the industry since 2020. She completed both her Cosmetology and Cosmetology Instructor training at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy. Robin loves to work with clients to help them feel like their best self! She is always excited to add fun pops of color or do a big chop but also enjoys retouching roots and a trim. In her free time, she can be found practicing her photography, volunteering, playing video games, bingeing a show, hunting for the next random thing to collect or just spending time with her husband and their two cats.
